One-Stop Housing Clinic
It is the intent of the City of El Monte to affirmatively further the policies of the Fair Housing Act and the American Disabilities Act. The City holds a one-stop housing clinic every Wednesday afternoon. To receive free services you must bring proof of income. Examples of proof of income are paycheck stubs, Social Security Benefits, Veteran Benefits, Retirement Pension, Unemployment benefits, etc. To view the Clinic flyer please select the link below:

Housing Rights Center (HRC)
The Housing Rights Center (HRC) provides FREE fair housing services to El Monte residents and community members. HRC offers housing discrimination complaint investigation, landlord/tenant counseling, predatory lending referrals, outreach and education, and legal and advocacy services.
