My name's Pavel and I'm a co-founder of the company LocalProBook (www.localprobook.com). Our digital platform allows homeowners from El Monte, CA to get free estimates from local pros. Homeowners can create projects, send messages and get messages from contractors, including photos without registration. Local pros can use the mobile app to get notifications about a new project and send offers or ask for additional information about the project.
